Day #7: Run, Forrest, Run!

This entry will be fairly boring folks. It was my 4th work day in a row (12 hours each just saying' for you 5 days a week peeps) and I feel like hella crap. I didn't sleep well last night because my nose is congested and I kept coughing. This morning at work, I felt like crap, got a second wind and felt good, and then threw-up a couple times and had some pretty severe abdominal pain. Gallbladder, me thinks! Luckily, I have doctors who love me and write me prescriptions for zofran. Problem-solved. At least, solved enough to get me through the rest of the day!

However, I am exhausted and not mentally able to form witty and interesting thoughts.

I did make a grocery list and plan some meals though for the next 4 days.Meals are as follows:
Wednesday: grilled hamburgers, corn-on-the-cob
Thursday: Slow-cooked beef stroganoff over rice
Friday: Steak & chicken kabobs, baked asparagus and mashed potatoes
Saturday: homemade pizza

I'll let you know how this endeavor goes. I'm not a cook. I am a disaster in the kitchen. When I was 14, I decided to make cookies with my friend, Sheri. The genius that I am, combined the not softened butter with the eggs and then microwaved it to soften the butter.

Guess what? The eggs cooked in the microwave. Heh...oopsies?

I have the next 4 days off, which means it is time to get back into the work-out plan! I'm thinking I will take a cue from the following screenshot I found on Pinterest :

Run, Forrest, Run!

It's true. If Forrest can do it. I can do it too. Wish me luck!

Until tomorrow,

Big, Beautiful, Broke & full of mucous...Chelsea
