Day #121: Weight Loss Challenge...Day One.

I am exhausted.

Twelve hour shifts are long and busy, especially two full twelve hour shifts in trauma rooms. 

However, I was so busy today that I didn't have time to remember that I was starving, so diet today went good. I am going to be using My Fitness Pal to log my calories each day. 

I usually set my weight loss goals in 20s. So, I weight 282, so my goal is 262. It tells you how many calories to stay at each day to lose weight. Obviously, if you add activity to this, you can eat more calorie, BUT I am going to try to NOT do that. Here is my log for today:

Not horrible for the first day. Just need to add some exercise in!! Okay, bed-time for this girl. Have to be up at 4:30 to teach!
