Day #180: First Day of School

Happy Monday!

First, thanks everyone for your kind words about my post yesterday. I love all of you!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. We had the kids this weekend, which is always fun! We had dinner with my parents Saturday night and enjoyed some nice weather. Michigan is unpredictable when it comes to weather. For example, Saturday is was 57 degrees outside. In January. Uhm what?! And Sunday it was 34. And now it's snowing. Yikes.

I am off today. From work anyways. Today is my first day of grad school. Eeek! So I will be spending my day with this:

We only have to read the first four chapters this week. Have you ever read a book about nursing research? It's pretty boring.

I hope everyone has a fabulous week! And for those of you starting school today, good luck with this semester!

  2. YAY! Congrats! Be prepared for LOTS of dull reading. It goes with the words "grad school". I suggest good notes.

  3. Good luck with grad school! The reading doesn't sound too fun, but it'll all be worth it! :)

  4. May your grad school journey go well! I've taken a peek at a couple of Angel's textbooks...they don't look even remotely interesting, so I feel for you.
And Michigan weather is crazy lately! (or is that all the time?) Saturday was beautiful and this morning I wake up to snow everywhere!

  5. Girl, I'm reading the same book right now for my graduate research and theory class. I started yawning about 3 pages in. It's going to be a long semester!

  6. Be careful with the weather!
Ah , our English's teacher gave us an assignment on nursing 3 months ago. It wasn't great to fill three whole sheets. But I found much about Florence Nightingale , she was a great lady :)
